What we do.
A short overview of every service we run. Pick one to learn more, or get in touch and we'll point you to the right one.
Our services
5 services, one purpose.
Our work is built around the needs that quietly show up again and again as people grow older: sharing a meal, staying in touch, and being able to leave the house. Every service is free at point of use and open to anyone in our area.
There is no means test and no waiting list. Referrals are welcome from GPs, social workers, family, neighbours, or the person themselves: a phone call is enough to get started.

Getting started
How to access our services
Refer yourself
Pick up the phone or send us an email. We'll have a short, no-pressure chat about what's going on and which of our services, if any, might be a good fit.
Get in touchRefer someone else
For family, neighbours, GPs, social workers, and community nurses: if you know someone who would benefit, get in touch with their permission. We'll follow up gently and at their pace.
Make a referralAll services are free at point of use. Suggested donations are welcome but never required.
Questions we get asked
Do I need a referral?
No. A phone call from the person, a family member, a neighbour or a GP is enough to start.
Is there a waiting list?
Not usually. We will tell you honestly at the first conversation if there is one for a particular service.
